- End Item Application: VHA- HELICOPTER OBSERVATION (AHIP), OH-58D NSN: 6695-01-189-7859. The solicitation will contain one NSN for a Transducer, Motional. This solicitation will be result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a 1B and Source Controlled item, the approved source is: BEI Sensors & Instruments Company Inc., CAGE: 11534, PN: 600-568. This is a critical application item. The requirement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement utilizing other than full and open competition. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base Year EAD: 300 each, Option Year EAD: 300 each. Delivery - 234 days ARO; FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about October 14, 2011. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. Effective June 1, 1998, suppliers must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Annual updates to your registration will be required.
