- A Request for Proposal(RFP) will be issued on an unrestricted basis with Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Purchase Request 0042996885, authorizes this procurement. RFP SPM4A512R1017. Contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This item is currently sole source to CFM INTERNATIONAL, INC. CAGE 58828 IAW P/N P107P39. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 1855 EA. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. The Need Arrival Date is 04/11/12. This requirement is for DLA Direct. This is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control Applies. This is a letter RFP. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System(DIBBS).
