- The General Services Administration, on behalf of the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board, intends to award a new sole source task order for a study supporting development of a Universal ID system to The MITRE Corporation. The MITRE Corporation is a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC). This task order (AVT0011600) will be issued off of IRS contract number TIRNO-99-D-00005, which is an FFRDC Sponsoring contract between the IRS and the MITRE Corporation.
