- Description
- Demolish Base Theater: The purpose of this project is to provide all labor, equipment and materials to demolish the Base Theater, Bldg 351. This includes, but is not limited to, asbestos abatement, lead paint removal, demolition of the building, interior and exterior electrical, HVAC systems and associated ductwork, plumbing fixtures and piping. At the completion of the demo of the Base Theater, the Contractor shall be responsible for filling, grading, over-seeding, hydro-mulching and xeriscaping in the demo areas to return grounds to a complete reclaimed/established area, acceptable by Laughlin AFB. Demolish OUQ Buildings: The purpose of this project is to provide all labor, equipment and materials to demolish the Base UOQs, Bldgs 460, 461, 462 and 463. This will include demolition of the entire buildings, and associated exterior structures, interior and exterior electrical, HVAC systems and associated ductwork, plumbing fixtures and piping. At the completion of the demo of the UOQs, the Contractor shall be responsible for filling, grading, over-seeding and hydro-mulching in the demo areas to return grounds to a complete reclaimed/established area, acceptable by Laughlin AFB.
