- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Advanced Sterilization Products, 33 Technology Dr, Irvine, CA 92718. The purpose of the proposed action is to provide complete preventive maintenance services on the Sterrad 50 sterilizer located at the Roseburg VA, 913 NW Garden Valley, Roseburg, OR 97471. The contract performance period will be effective on or around October 4, 2011 through September 30, 2012 with one (1) one-year renewal option. The NAICS Code is 811219 and the size standard is $19.0 million. The statutory authority for restricting competition under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, or Single Sourcing, for acquisitions under $150,000 or Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) is 41 U.S.C. 253(c), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b).
