Description
Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation to purchase and install a security chain link fence along property perimeter and across swale crossings, total length approx. 26,350 ft; 1 ea double cantilevered gate 44 lf wide; and 7 ea double swing gates approx. total length 134 lf; construction of a 12 ft wide gravel road length approx length 6,923 lf, install 18' CMP storm drains across gravel road and where required; environmental and wild life protection; trimming and cutting of trees and vegetation, prepare an approved storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and Environmental Protection Plan and implement its Best Management Practices, and perform all incidental work as required, including but not limited to, delivery of all other required Government approved submittals, utilities coordination and permits; incidental construction of paving, curbs, sidewalks, and gutters; and restoration of any damaged improvements because of this construction. Contractor shall prepare and implement a Government approved UXO Anomaly Avoidance Plan/UXO support During Construction Activities for UXO-qualified personnel to perform munitions and explosives of concern Construction Support Activities in compliance with DDESB Approval of the Explosives Safety Submission requirements dated 15 June 2009 attached to this Section, and attached EP 1110-1-18,(24 April 2000), titled Engineering and Design-Ordnance and Explosives Response, Chapter 23: Anomaly Avoidance/UXO Support During Construction Activities. Contractor shall accomplish work in accordance requirements stated in this contract and SOW, attached contract and project specifications, drawings; UFC 4-022-01(25 May 2005)-Security Engineering: Entry Control Facilities/Access Control Points; Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), Para. Types of Devices, 6F-5-Channelizing Devices, f-Barricades; and comply with applicable requirements set forth by federal, state, local, and utilities agencies. Contractor shall coordinate for, and participate in a Pre-bid Site Visit with Government representatives.
