- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this request for quotation (RFQ) is N66001-11-T- 6701. The government is soliciting quotes for the purchase of commercial item. This requirement will result in a firm fixed priced purchase order. This solicitation is full and open competition. The applicable NAICS code is 515210. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-53, Effective 04 Aug 2011 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Current to DPN 20110916 (Effective 16 Sep 2011) Edition.
