- J & A Statement of Work Solicitation S5105A-11-Q-0053 To whom it may concern, In reply, please reference solicitation number S5105A-11-Q-0053. This solicitation is issued for acquiring Johnson Controls, Inc. services identified on the attached Performance Work Statement. Your best price and delivery proposal is requested for the services required based upon the specified labor categories and estimated hours. This correspondence constitutes a letter solicitation as these services are intended to be awarded to Johnson Controls, Inc. Be advised, however, that this requirement has been advertised in the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) for viewing by the general public. In the event another contractor indicates interest in responding to the requirement, a formal solicitation may be issued to accommodate their request. One favor I would like to request is that upon submitting your offer that it be accompanied with any commercial pricing data or GSA rates. Under a sole source environment we will need to perform a price reasonableness determination, the process of which could be expedited greatly with this data. An expedient reply would be greatly appreciated, as it is our intent to issue an award within one business day or less from receipt of your offer barring any unforeseen delays.
