- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the PANEL, INDICATOR. INPUT NSNs: 1680-01-460-9549, 1680-01-236-9699, 1680-01-329-0761 INPUT P/Ns: 70550-01124-106, 70550-01124-103, 70550-01124-105 OUTPUT NSN: 1680-01-460-9549 OUTPUT P/N: 70550-01124-106 The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 300 each and a maximum quantity of 1800 each INCLUDING 300 each for FMS. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item. There is a depot maintenance work requirement 1-1680-331 dated 26 November, 2001. This item is not considered commercial, therefore FAR Part 12 procedures will not be used. The last known overhaul source for the PANEL, INDICATOR was Rosemount Aerospace, CAGE code 59855 (W58RGZ-05-D-0286). All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. The required production schedule to meet current and forecasted requirements is 60 per month. Input will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Output shall be specified in the contract. Firms that recognized and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. REQUEST FOR SOLICITATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL, EMAIL, OR FAX at 256-955-9237. You may email your request to judson.bailey@us.army.mil or mail your request to CCAM-AL-M, Attn: Jud Bailey, Contract Specialist, US Army Aviation and Missile Command, BLDG. 5303-2, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not be closed prior to the closing date stated above.
