- Core Items PR Number: IQC11227009042 FSC: 5325 RFP Due Date: October 28, 2011 Contract Type: This is an Indefinite Quantity Solicitation under FAR Part 12 with a two year base period and an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. Quantity: This procurement is for 217 core items and 5594 items may be added on a post award basis via the Addition and Deletion Clause. The first NSN is 5325-01-250-0737. Delivery: 150 days Items are fully competitive items in the 5325 FSC. This solicitation offers on a stock basis only and also contains a guaranteed minimum. The acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation contains Surge Requirements. Surge Pricing is included in the solicitation. The offeror must provide a detailed approach for covering S&S requirements in the Capability Assessment Plan (CAP) and, if required, a Validation/Test Plan. Please refer to Clause 52.217-9007. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date: March 1, 2011 Offers will be evaluated on the basis of past performance being more important than price.
