The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Wichita, KS Delineated Area: NORTH: 13th Street EAST: Webb Road SOUTH: Morris Street WEST: Arkansas River Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,500 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,025 Rentable Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on one floor, and located on the second floor or above Space configuration shall be conducive to an efficient layout, including minimum column spacing of 20' Center-to-Center On-site parking will be in accordance with local ordinance. A total of 15 parking spaces for employees and visitors must be available on-site or within a 1 block radius. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers.
