- The Army Contracting Command - National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on behalf of the Department of the Army, Office of the General Counsel (OGC) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to LexisNexis, 1150 18th Street, NW, Suite 600 Washington, D.C. 20036-3843 LexisNexis will provide unlimited automated legal research service to OGC. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of one (1) year commencing on 1 October 2011 and ending on 30 September 2012 with four (4) Option Years. The NAICS code for this requirement is 519130 with a size standard of 500 employees. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document or Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
