- Delineated Area Map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Maine City: Portland Delineated Area: North: Brighton Avenue (Route 25) / Interstate 295 South: Highway 207 / Highway 77 East: Atlantic Ocean / Casco Bay West: Interstate 95 / Highway 114 *please see attached map Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,514 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,290 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved): Five (5) Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Additional Requirements: • Non-reserved parking for 65 vehicles must be offered at or near the proposed space. • Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement or permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the base flood plain.
