- Procurement of audio visual hardware to upgrade outdated systems. The following items is what we are requesting a quote on. Please include installation cost: - 1 x projector- woth 16:10, 109", fixed screen - 1 x 52" lCD flat panel on an articulating mount - 1 x Non-secure VTC (IP/ISDN)/Presentation system - 1 X Creston DMP-300 digital/analog matrix mixer - 1 x 9" wired touch panel - 2 x table inputs via cable cubby- each with HDMI/DVI w/A-VGA w/A - 1 x VTC/ATC audio- (3) multi-element condenser microphones mounted at table. No voice lift - 1 x Biamp DSP - 1 x Biamp AMP feeding (6) GFE Bose speakers - 1 x 60" LCD flat panel mounted on a temporary wall on a LTMU/PAC30 mount - 1 x Non secure VTC (IP/ISDN) monted on a Chief FCS100 shelf below the display and utilizing a single HDX misalliance array for audo support- no voice lift. GFE NT1 Interface If possible, need all quotes by 30 September by 12 p.m. The fiscal year is 1 October.
