- Description
- Contractor will lease two (2) King Air 350, Pro Line 21 Avionics (FMS 5000 with Search and Rescue application) equipped aircraft to support the 306 Intelligence Squadron (IS) (Provisional), Beale AFB, CA, used to assist in training of USAF Project Liberty MC-12 aircrews. Dry Lease will include the two (2) aircraft and maintenance. Aircraft use is projected to be 3,120 hours per year (1,560 hrs per aircraft per year) for a period of five years (one (1) base year and four (4) option years) with 19 flyable days per month. Each aircraft will provide multiple sorties either flown sequentially or simultaneously. The aircraft is to be provided on an exclusive lease to the 306 IS and will be operated as an aircrew training platform in accordance with USAF rules and regulations. The contractor will be required to maintain the aircraft in compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. The aircraft will require minor modification to accommodate additional GFE (government furnished equipment) air-to-ground radio equipment, cockpit-to-cabin interphone capability, and 1A8X2 IQT (initial quality training) equipment. The Contractor may be requested to perform subsequent modifications in order to meet changes in program requirements. Aircraft will be returned to its pre-modified state at the end of this lease if not purchased.
