- NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program and the Authority under 38 USC 8127-8128, Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (P.L.) 109-461, FAR Part 6.302-5(b) (6), and VAAR 819.7007, The Government intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with a verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Blue Cord Design and Construction LLC, for Project #573-11-X20 - Renovate GYN Clinic.
