- Solicitation No. FA4484-11-R-0110 This is a combine synopsis/Solicitation prepared in accordance with Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any amendments or other pertinent information. This Solicitation is being issued as a requ3est for proposal (RFP) under the solicitation number FA4484-11-R-0110 which is attached to this advertisement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-50, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change Notice (DCN) 2010-0608, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2011-0421. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561730 and the business size standard is $7,000,000. Please use the attached document for responding this solicitation. The attached document should be read in its entirety. All proposals must contain the minimum information required under FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items (Jun 2008). ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE DATED AND SIGNED. Please refer to the attached solicitation for further information, Performance Work Statement, Past Performance Questionnaire, and applicable FAR Clauses.
