- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the RELAY ASSEMBLY. INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 5945-01-332-9907 INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: 70550-02105-057 The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 75 each and a maximum quantity of 450 each INCLUDING 75 each for FMS. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item. There is a depot maintenance work requirement 1-5945-212 dated 21 June, 2004 with MEOs C5324 and C5645. This item is not considered commercial, therefore FAR Part 12 procedures will not be used. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business set-asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. The last known overhaul source for the RELAY ASSEMBLY was Airtronics, Inc., CAGE code 58078 (DAAH23-03-D-0296). All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. The required production schedule to meet current and forecasted requirements is 20 per month. Input will be 30 days after receipt of order(ARO). Output shall be specified in the contract. Firms that recognized and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. REQUEST FOR SOLICITATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL OR FAX at 256-955-9237 or EMAIL at judson.bailey@us.army.mil. You may MAIL your request to CCAM-AL-M, Attn: Jud Bailey, Contract Specialist, US Army Aviation and Missile Command, BLDG. 5303-2, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not be closed prior to the closing date stated above.
