- Other than full and open competition justification. No brand substitutions allowed. USDA Solicitation for Network Vulnerability Scanner--- SF1449 and Document USDA Network Vulnerability Scanner This is a combined synopis/solicitation for USDA, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Agriculture Security Operations Center (ASOC), Network Vulnerability Scanner. Quotes are being solicitated from small business vendors that can provide all of the Nexpose and Metasploit products listed on the USDA- ASOC, Network Vulnerability Scanner- RFQ No. AG-3142-S-11-0065 attachment. No brand substitutions are allowed. Incomplete quotes will not be considered. Offerors must bid on all line items in order to be considered for award. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. The resulting award will be firm fixed priced. Quotes are due no later than Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 2:00PM ET to MonicaL.Taylor@dm.usda.gov. Offeror must submit signed SF1449 along with the quote. Please include your estimated ship date with the quote. Items must be shipped to 1400 Independence Avenue SW, Washington DC 20250. A technical point of contact will be provided at time of award.
