- The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to award a sole source contract for leasing of postage machines to include software and maintenance, software upgrades, technical assistance and diagnostic support to Pitney Bowes. Pitney Bowes maintains proprietary software rights and existing equipment within the facilities. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 333313 with a size standard in number of employees 1000. If no business responds to this intent to sole source a contract will be made with Pitney Bowes. If there are any other businesses that can provide these services and equipment, please respond to this notice before 12 Noon EST on September 29, 2011.
