- PURCHASE SPECIFICATIONS The Air Force plans to procure 1 each BELT GRINDING UNIT in accordance with the attached Purchase Specifications. The solicitation issue date is Sep 28, 2011. Offers are due on Oct 4, 2011 at 10:00 am. The entire solicitation will be made available only on FedBizOpps (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov. All current and/or future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specification, and Q &A's will be distributed through FBO. Therefore, interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a DUNS number and be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to have a DUNS number and "active" CCR will result in an award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.
