- SF 18 GoTo Assist Attachments, GoTo Assist Request for Quotation (RFQ), DTMC75-11-Q-00090 to establish an Order for Citrix Goto Assist Corporate Software for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA) field technicians to remote into a field users' laptop or workstation to make installations, do configurations, etc. anywhere there is an internet connection. The United States Department of Transportation (DOT), FMCSA invites your company to submit a quote in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12- Commercial Items as described in the Schedule of Supplies and Services (Attachment 1). Please submit your quotation on a firm fixed price basis. A price reduction is requested to your rates. The basis for award will be lowest price technically acceptable. The NAICS Code is 423430. This requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price. The contractor shall be required to provide the requested supplies in accordance with the SF18 and Attachments. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable. Please submit your quotation to the attention of the Contract Specialist, Alethea Moody via email, to alethea.moody@dot.gov on or before 2:00 PM, Eastern Time, on Thursday, September 29, 2011.
