- Sole Source (Redacted) Performance Work Statement The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Compunetix, Inc. This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as set forth in Federal acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The government intends to award a sole source fixed pice contract to Compunetix, Inc for the following services: provide annual Post Warranty maintenance on 264 Port CONTEX 480 On Demand Audio Bridge equipment. This requirement is for Air Technical Network (ATN) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 01 Oct 2011 thru 30 Sep 2012. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811213 with a size standard of $10 million.
