- Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan for YS-12-61B Material Submittals for YS-12-61B PWS for YS-12-61B Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan for YS-12-61A Material Submittals for YS-12-61A PWS for YS-12-61A SF1449 Solicitation Notice to Offerors Government Policy Letter Notes; 1. This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. 2. Any e-mails sent to this office regarding the solicitation must have the solicitation number in the subject line. Failure to do so may result in no response. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the erection, rental, maintenance, and dismantling of two (2) Prefabricated Buildings to be used as Central Control Facility (CCF). All facilities, equipment and material will be furnished to the U.S. Government on a rental basis, at Camp Itami, Japan Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF), Japan. Drawings are not attached. Offerors MUST contact either Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer to obtain drawings.
