- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a procurement for Fortify SW Support. Only quotes that meet or exceed all the technical specifications you've provided will be considered for award. We will make a single award for all line items and that a "low priced/technically acceptable" evaluation will be used. This means we will award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror and cannot pay a price premium for a superior proposal. See Solicitation document. Closing Date is 28 September 2011 @ 4PM EST.
