- Performance Work Statement (PWS) on Delta Controls Building Automation System Hardware, Firmware and Software Support (dated 22 Aug 2011) RFQ Price Template: Submit with Quote: A. RFQ Price Template; B. Ensure Company is active in BOTH CCR and ORCA; C. Provide evidence of 1-year experience; D. Provide a Sample of your mythology of how you will inspect the Delta Controls Automation System and E. Provide at least 2 references. Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Delta Control Building Automation Systems at Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station (CMAFS) Colorado. NOTE: Quote due 2 pm, 27 SEP 2011. The 21st Contracting Squadron (21 CONS), Cheyennne Mountain Air Force Station (CMAFS), Colorado contemplates soliciting and awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) to perform maintenance and repair services to the Delta Controls Building Automation System to include hardware, firmware, and software support at Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station (CMAFS) located at Colorado Springs, Colorado. This proposed purchase order has been set-aside 100% for small businesses using the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes of either 811212 “Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance” or 541512 “Computer Systems Design Services” both with a size standard of $25 million or 238210 “Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors” a size standard of $14 million.
