- Description: The NASA/SSC Office of Procurement intends to issue a sole source,firm fixed price contract to Nvision Solutions, Inc. for the procurement of a newprototype module within the REACT system framework that would provide Facilities GISModeling capabilities for NASA SSC. The REACT Desktop Client is used NASA-wide byemergency operations communities. This effort is a continuation of the task begun underthe joint cooperative agreement between NVision and NASA. This further refinement of theREACT Desktop Client has been identified as essential for NASA-wide emergency operations. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note 'B'.
