- This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm-fixed price, commercial contract for the purchase of a Complete Computerized Sports Timing System. System should include: -(100) Reusable chips that can be read all at the same time - (1) A detection mechanism that can read the chips for over 100 competitors -(1) Chip decoder that can remotely read and interpret from the detection apparatus -(1) Software that is integrated with the system that can correlate the data, transmit, print and options to transmit results to other devices like scoreboards or displays. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 423910 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 100 Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier. Quotations should be emailed to Ronald Eaves (ronald.eaves@robins.af.mil) no later than 22 Sep 2011, 11:00 am EST. Quote validity date should be at least 30 days. The anticipated award date is 27 Sep 2011. Please do not request award status prior to this date.
