- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependent Schools - Europe (DoDDS-Europe) intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed priced Purchase Order to AVID CENTER, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source. This acquisition is assigned under National American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code 511130; a single award will result from this notice. This requirement is for copyrighted educational materials for instructional purposes in support of the DoDDS-Europe AVID Program. It is this agencies understanding that AVID is the sole provider of copyrighted protected AVID resources and materials. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding NLT 16:00 Central European Standard Time (CEST) on 29 Sep 2011 for consideration of competition. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon any responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
