- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Acquisition and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 260 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to award a sole source 12-month Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Ray Group, International 100 South Ashley Drive, Suite 1700, Tampa, Florida 33602 for support services for the New Models of Care Initiative Project Management Office. Ray Group, International will provide the following support services: Project Management Accountability System documentation and compliance, scheduling, requirements analysis, risk management, technical and security management, and administrative/meeting support for current and newly formed New Models of Care projects during the period of performance. This effort is issued under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), Veterans First Contracting Program. Contracts awarded using this authority are supported by written justifications as required by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5, as authorized or required by statute. Deliverables are to be FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 561499 with the corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $7,000,000.00. The solicitation number assigned to this effort is VA118-11-RP-0733 and will close on September 28, 2011. Performance will be at Contractor facilities.
