- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing time for the acceptance of quotes and to provide answers to questions submitted by interested vendors. QUOTES DUE: Quotes with all required information shall be received no later than 5:00p.m. Mountain Time, 27 September 2011. Quotes received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail to crystal.l.price@us.army.mil.
