- Brand Name Perceptics Brand Name Justification The proposed contract action is for products for which the Governement intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Perceptics Inc, under the authority of FAR 6.303-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. However, all quotes received by 8:00 AM MST, 27 September 2011, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See attached justification letter for additional information. Please note, award has not yet been made. The government anticipates an award date of 30 Sep 2011.
