- THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY A modification was issued to Matsuo Engineering/Centerre Construction A Joint Venture in the amount of $547,454.00 This modification was added to the orginal New Custom House Modernization project GS-08P-10-JB-C-0007. The modification is for the design and construction of a flat plate heat exchanger to separate water coming from the central plant to the New Custom House. This was necessary for the ARRA new construction at the New Custom House and for the continued operations and maintenance at the Central Plant Facility.
