- The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center has negotiated a sole source contract with Olympus America Inc. for 6 OEV-261H 26' Monitors for the Clement Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI. These are the only monitors that are compatible with the Olympus HD flexible endoscopes, surgical camera heads and EndoEye video laparoscopes currently in use. This procurement has been conducted in accordance FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The justification is hereby posted in accordance with FAR 6.305.
