- Description
- This project will require design/build construction services to repair and modernize restrooms in Bldg 350 at Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. The restrooms are located on all floors with typically 3 sets (adjacent men's and women's facilities) on each floor. Work generally includes selective demolition; construction of walls, doors, and ceilings; new room finishes, new flooring, and minor modifications to electrical and mechanical systems typical of bathroom repair projects. Project includes removal of all existing plumbing fixtures and installation of new fixtures, countertops, partitions, mirrors, and other accessories. Water, vent, and waste piping will be repaired or replaced as needed.
