- Delivery Schedule This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government has a commodities requirement for Gym Floor Tiles. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 326192 with a size standard of 750 employees; the SIC code is 3069. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current to Fac 2005-53, Effective 04 Aug 2011. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: 0001 - DuraFlex Premium Floor Tiles, OR EQUAL, Minimum 1.25" Thickness, 2' x 2' squares. Colors to be Determined. Qty: 19,895 Square Feet of Tiles. 0002 - Diamond Interlock Floor Tiles, OR EQUAL, Minimum ½" Thickness, 3' x 3' squares. Colors to be determined. Qty: 6000 Square Feet of Tiles. 0003 - 75' Roll Out Rubber Floor Mat, Minimum 3/8" Thickness. Colors to be Determined. The government reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Offers shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2: Evaluation of Commercial Items which is incorporated into this Request for Quote, with an addendum to paragraph (a) as follows: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and technical acceptability. When combined, price and technical acceptability are approximately equal.
