- The purpose of this amendment is to verify that the only requirement canceled is the cash card reader (CLIN 0003), all other CLINs are still required. In addition, the following questions are answered: 10. Please explain the difference between the mentioned Debit Cards and the Unit Cards that are being requested: Debit Cards are for a cash value and the unit cards are for the number of copies. 14. Item 0004 and 0005 - Do you require the cards to be pre-programmed with units and value? Do you wish to have a custom logo printed on the cards? If so, how many colors? No, the cards should be pre-programmed with units only, (the value of the cards are no longer necessary). It is not required for the cards to have a custom logo; however vendors who do have this capability can quote this feature as an optional item. If the Government determines at award to have the USU logo printed on the cards, this feature will be added to the order. A copy of the logo can be found at: www.usuhs.mil/webmaster/template/USUlogoandseal.pdf The due date and time for quotes is extended to 9:00 AM EST September 28, 2011. Quotes must be emailed to micreenan@usuhs.mil. Late quotes will not be accepted.
