- The U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Tcoag US, Inc. in the amount of $95,390.01 for a Base plus 4 year option maintenance agreement for two AMAX Destiny Point of Care Analyzers, Location: Laboratory Department, Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO. Award will be made subject to the availability of FY12 funding in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent Ms. Denise Miller, denise.miller@us.army.mil.No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
