- RFQ This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: CLIN 0001: (One (1) 2012 Mule 4010 Trans 4x4 Diesel. P/N KAF950GCF or equal)* CLIN 0002: (Two (2) 2011 Brute Force 650 4x4. P/N KVF650DBF or equal)* *The Government reserves the right to award all some or none of the products solicited This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F1R36A1228A007. Quotes will be evaluated and an award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) IAW FAR 52.204-7. The Government requires new, unused, non-refurbished probucts only.This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard 336991, Size Standard 500 Employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to 7 FSS 30 Days ADC. Clauses incorperated by full text. NOTICE TO OFFERORS Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligations to reimburse an offeror for any cost.
