- Description
- Scope of Work (SOW) specifications and drawings for this project were promulgated in NAVFAC E-Project # 1117302 dated 7/18/2011. The purpose of this acquisition is to complete miscellaneous repairs at Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Green Bay WI. Repairs include, but are not limited to: Architectural, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Electrical and Fire Protection component areas. The facility improvements, included in this procurement, are necessary to maintain operational and habitability work standards. Specification package, including Request for Proposal (RFP), was sent to contractor on 7/28/2011 with a proposal due date of 8/25/2011. Negotiations were completed and contract awarded on 9/24/2011.
