- DoDEA Headquarters Request for Quote (RFQ) to solicit quotes for music and audio equipment for DDESS ASC. This acquisition is being conducted using FAR Subpart 13.1 under the Federal Acquisition Regulation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed price purchase order in response to this RFQ. If you are interested in responding to this requirement, you may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with this RFQ. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Prospective offerors must be CCR registered and must complete the ORCA on-line representation or provide a copy of their representation and certification as required by FAR Clause 52.212-3. REQUEST FOR QUOTE: Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary audio equipment, and supplies. Request brand name or equal equipment: If providing an equal item, the quote must state the items are an equal and the prospective vendor has the responsibility to ensure that any equal items proposed are bonafide or equal to the items requested and must provide any descriptive literature and/or specifications with their quote by the specified due date for receipt of quotes.
