- Contracting Office Address:DOI/NBC/Acquisition Services Directorate 381 Elden Street, Suite 4000 Herndon VA 20170 Description Acquisition Services Directorate will be issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) # D12PS19262 on behalf of the Department of Interior, Financial and Business Management System (FBMS), Project Management Office (PMO) who has a requirement for FBMS PMO Technical Support Services. This support will be grouped in three (3) general categories; Project Management and Development Support, Operations and Maintenance Support, and Technical Application Support. The Project Management and Development Support includes creating and maintaining work breakdown structures, resource plans and schedules based on direction from the PMO and control account managers, reporting the status of the project using standard project control formats and project scheduling tools. The operations and Maintenance support includes project resource scheduling, project schedule updates, document development and proofing, status reporting, maintaining meeting minutes, development of presentations. The Technical Application Support includes support for systems across the FBMS landscapes. Acquisition Services Directorate will conduct this acquisition using a streamlined process with multiple phases. The period of performance will include a base period (anticipated to commence on March 24, 2012 to March 23, 2013) with four (4) one-year option periods. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The anticipated resultant award is expected to be a single award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, with a size standard of $25 million. The RFP is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about October 17, 2011 and will be posted on the AQD website at the following address: http://www.aqd.nbc.gov/Business/OpenMarket.aspx.
