- Request for Quote Template This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) # FA4610-11-A-0006 Submit written offers - quote template sheet provided upon request. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 and DFARS Change Notice 20110920. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811111 and Size Standard $7M apply to this procurement. Project Number: FA4610-11-A-0006 Project Title: Repair and Maintenance of 23 Honda ATV's and 3 John Deere GATOR ATV's 1. Quote shall conform to the CLIN structure as established in this synopsis/solicitation. A quote template sheet is provided. 2. Quotes shall be valid for at least thirty (30) days. 3. All questions or comments must be provided to the Contract Specialist in writing; telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. The Contract Specialist is Coranella Matthews, coranella.matthews@vandenberg.af.mil The contract will be Firm Fixed Price with the following structure: CLIN 0001 - Repair and maintain the following vehicles: (a) 23 All Terrain Vehicles, (b) 3 GATOR Vehicles 30th SFS/S4SV Vehicle Section will be driving and dropping off each contracted vehicle to contractor's location for all required work. The Locations for Pick-up/drop off and the times of occurrence will be established and cannot be changed without prior notice and the required approvals. Period of performance shall be for a total of 2 weeks per repair.
