- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.. This solicitation, 28266A001EVANS is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a).. The NAICS code is 561790 and the small business size standard is $7M. CONTRACTOR TO FURNISH ALL LABOR, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS, TRANSPORTATION, AND FACILITIES AS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN AND REPAIR FOR ALL FITNESS CENTER CARDIVASCULAR, STREGHT RESISTANCE, AND FREE WEIGHT EQUIPMENT LOCATED IN THE FITNESS CENTER. ALL WORK WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK. MANUFACTURER'S MAINTANCE SCHEDULE FOR EACH BRAND WILL BE STRICKLY ADHERED TO REFERENCE ATTACHED SOLICIATION FOR MORE INFORMATION. Proposals should be in accordance with attached Statement of Work FITNESS EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE CONTRACT • CONTRACT PERFORMANCE - Andersen AFB, Coral Reef Fitness Center, Unit 14002, Bldg. 25045, ANDERSEN AFB, Yigo, GU 96929 • PERFORMANCE PERIOD - 01 Oct 2011 - 30 Sept 2012. AWARD WILL BE MADE ON THE BASIS OF THE BEST VALUE TO THE GOVERNMENT. This is a competitive best value selection in which competiting offers will be evaluated on the basis of responses to the requirements in accordance with Statement of Work. The solicitation should address ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs to current manufactures and industry standards. Technical performance factor is approximately equal to price. The Government intends to award one contract to the offeror deemed responsible and whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis.
