- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to issue a Design-Bid-Build solicitation for Trainee Barracks Upgrade Program TBUP 11 at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. The solicitation will be available on or about August 1, 2011. This acquisition is full an open competition. The Government will accept proposals from all offerors that qualify under NACIS code 236220. This solicitation will be issued as a one step Request for Proposal (RFP) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
