- Solicitation Number: W91YTZ0010080100 PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT Synopsis: Health Care Acquisition Activity - North intends to award a sole source contract Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), to American Medical Depot 4380 NW 135th Street, Miami, FL 33054, for the purchase of 3 each Cordless Driver 3; 3 each Sabo Sag Saw; 3 each Micro Oscillating Saw; 3 each Micro Reciprocating Saw; 3 each Cordless Driver High; 3 each Wire Collet; 3 each Adjustment Pin Collet; 3 each Synthes Drill; 3 each Drill With Jacobs Chuck; 3 each Hudson/Modified Trinkle Drill; 6 each TPS Handpiece Cord; 3 each BPM Sterilization Case; 2 each Service Manuals; 3 each Universal Handswitch. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
