- This posting constitutes the Department of Veterans Affairs notice of intent to sole sources to Inventrix Inc, 201 S. College St. 1950, Charlotte, NC 28244-0024. The purpose of this requirement is to provide annual software maintenance for existing Labtrac Enterprise, Touchscreen Productivity Suite, and Alloy Inventory Systems Software utilize by the Dallas and Washington DC Central Dental Laboratories. Labtrac is the software management system for the Central Dental Laboratory which provides dental prostheses to Veterans across the nation. Inventrix is the developer and owner of the proprietary Labtract software which was procured for the Central Lab in 2009. Invetrix is the sole provider of Labtrac software and the only vendor who can provide maintenance to this system. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or solicitation of offers. Reponses must be reviewed within (2) calendar days of this notice via email to Allison.Cox-Rudick@va.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, up receipt of responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
