- Justification and Approval-Redacted The HQ AMC Specialized Contracting intends to acquire 80,000 USAF Fatigue Management-Quick Reference Guides. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, QuickSeries Publishing Inc., 3325 Griffin Road Suite 222, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33312-5500, under the authority, 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1(b)(1)(i); Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511130.
