- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to The Science Source/299 Atlantic Highway, Waldoboro, ME 04572, for Hall Effect in n-Germanium w/Teslameter for use in-classroom of the Dept. of Physics at USMA. The award amount is estimated at $50,000. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10U.S.C.2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satify agency requirements. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for a quotation or a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
