- The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agriculture Marketing Services (AMS), Cotton's classification facility that is expiring in Rayville, LA. The Government requests 18,635 rental square feet of office and related specialized warehouse space. The space must be located in Rayville's Industrial area and most services, supplies, partitioning and tenant alternations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
